Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or is the wrong size. Exchanges are only valid in the US. 

If you received a damaged item, please email contact@playdrinkswalla.com with documentation and we will send you replacement that will be shipped via Standard Shipping.
